The Society is registered with UP Housing Development Council, Co-operative Section (Plot No. 16(GH), Sector-I, Noida Extension)

Its Registration no. 4330 dated 1/1/2010

The Society aims at providing in NCR accommodation to its members on “No Profit and no loss basis” without compromising its quality / quantity aspect apart from weded to total Green concept of Housing harnessing solar energy Civic waste, water harvesting and wind energy. The non conventional energy sources facility is part of its layout and buidling plan from the very begining of the construction of the Society and thus enabling it earning carbon credit from the concerned authorities of the state / Centre Government and International Agencies. The Project will aslo be Vastu Friendly.
