Project highlights
The project plot measuring 10,000 sq. Mtrs. and being purchased from Greater Noida Authority and located in Sector-1, Group Housing Plot no -16, Noida Extension, Greater Noida.
The Society shall be building approximately 12 storey flats with lift facility, non conventional energy sources, water harvesting, indoor sports, club facility and commercial properties etc.
as per norms of Greater Noida Authority. The Society will be having 2.75 FAR as it will be having non conventional energy sources and will be a Vastu Friendly and totally green. The Project is expected to be completed by March, 2014.

1. The Price of the flats in case of the mebrs who have paid first
installments for the flats of their choice in 2010 & 2011 is as under :-

Bank Loan Facility
The Society has a tie up with the State Bank of India as well as Syndicate Bank for dispursement of house building loan to the members desiring for the same and requiring help from the Society in the matter. However, first installment to be made by the member himself. The members will be entitled to loan facility upto 80% of the cost of the flat. The Bank will also take into account re-payment capacity of the member for granting the loan.
